Surprise!

A few weekends ago we took a road trip… and returned with a kitten! This is Sebastian. He’s had some time in the studio space with me, and so far… well… it’s going as expected! A few mishaps with footprints through the watercolors, an attempt to drink the paint water, and a rather large fly that caused mass chaos. Other than that he has been a joy to have slinking around while I am there.

The workspace is great, although with the temps in the 90s I haven’t been as inspired as I had hoped to be, and have only spent a few afternoons in there. And today I kept forgetting things and made several trips back and forth to the house, and by the time I settled down… <crickets chirping>
