aches and pains

Sometimes I get stabby pains behind one of my eyes, which escalates into charley-horse type spasms on one side of my head. None of it is fun. They aren’t migraines. They could be cluster headaches except for a certain symptom involving my eye. My chiropractor has a theory, and tomorrow I go see my doctor that deals with my TMJ (and yes, I am a little stressed about all the protocol around the covid situation and going into the office) and I am hoping for a little more direction as to how to handle these… anyway, one of these eye headaches settled in this morning and I just can’t focus on anything other than how much it hurts. Basically, I am whining.

And I’m not going to get into politics on here, but yes, I know that this is a minor thing for me to have to cope with in the big picture of what is happening out in the U.S. and the world. Sigh. Carry on, good people.
